Pleasant press release from the administrative court in Stuttgart

Pleasant press release from the administrative court in Stuttgart about an important process – but why strip searches as in terrorist trials?
It is very gratifying that the administrative court in Stuttgart - contrary to other customs in everyday operations - has issued its own press release about the important lawsuit brought by the Cameroonian refugee Alassa Mfouapon against the state of Baden-Württemberg! His accusation: breaches of law during the police operation in the LEA Ellwangen in May 2018 and during his deportation in June of the same year.
At the same time, the court provides information about the measures that the few visitors who are admitted have to submit to: Handing over your bags and an extremely embarrassing body search before entering the courtroom, even if you only leave it briefly to go to the toilet. Reason: the course of the procedure must not be disturbed. Since the process is of particular interest to migrants from Africa, the court has to put up with the question of what particularly serious disruptive intentions it suspects in black-skinned visitors and whether racist motives are hidden behind this assumption?
