Trial against deportation to Nigeria

Dear friends,
our Nigerian friend K. from Stuttgart, who has applied for asylum in Germany because of his persecution in Nigeria, has now on 23.2. at 8:50 a.m. his hearing before the Stuttgart Administrative Court, Augustenstr. 5
K. would like us to support him and to accompany him as personally as possible during his trial. Meet there at 8:30 a.m. Due to Corona, the following applies there: 3G, FFP2 mask requirement and admission control. The process is public, but we don't know how many people are admitted because of Corona or how big the hall is. Please get in touch via the circle of friends address by Monday, February 21st. back so that we can see if everyone who wants to can participate.
Unfortunately, only those who can pay for their lawyer and the process get justice here. This negotiation alone costs K. at least 500 euros for his lawyer. In addition, he is required to go to Berlin to obtain his papers. That also costs money, which K. currently does not have.
So if you can in any way, you should support him with a donation (from 5 euros). Please transfer your donation to the account of Solidarity International Friends of Refugee Solidarity with the note "Process K. on 23.2." IBAN: DE46 6005 0101 0008 4130 08. If more money is received than K. needs for the process, we will use this money exclusively spend on comparable processes from friends.
The German government has signed a deportation agreement with Nigeria. It doesn't matter that Africa's most populous country is in crisis mode. There are countless violent conflicts and deep political and economic divisions. Prime Minister Buhari's promise after his re-election to "improve the security situation noticeably, restructure the economy and curb corruption noticeably" has come to nothing. Rather, there are countless victims in clashes with the IS splinter Boko Haram.
Let us prevent deportations to Nigeria by all means!
